Bright Gate Group is a business advisory and coordination company. We handle personal information only in connection with legitimate enquiries, engagements, service coordination and related business operations.

01

Introduction

Bright Gate Group respects the privacy of website visitors, prospective clients, clients and other individuals who provide information through our websites, advertising campaigns, lead forms and communication channels.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we may collect, how and why we use it, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained and the choices available to individuals. It applies to information provided directly to Bright Gate and to information received through authorised third-party platforms used in connection with our business activities.

02

Information We Collect

We may collect personal and business information that an individual voluntarily provides when making an enquiry, requesting information, completing a form or communicating with Bright Gate.

This information may include:

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • company, professional or business information;
  • business requirements and enquiry details;
  • information submitted through website contact forms;
  • information submitted through Meta, Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads and Instant Forms;
  • information provided through WhatsApp or other direct communication channels.

When permitted by applicable law, limited technical information may also be collected automatically, including an IP address, browser or device information, website usage information, referral and campaign information, and information generated through cookies or similar technologies.

Please avoid sending personal information that is not reasonably necessary for your enquiry. Additional documentation may be requested later where it is required for service coordination, due diligence, KYC, compliance or legal purposes.

03

How We Use Information

Personal information may be used only where reasonably relevant to our advisory, business-development, service-coordination, operational, security or compliance activities. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on an individual’s consent, steps requested before entering into an engagement, performance of an agreement, legitimate business interests or applicable legal obligations.

We may use information to:

  • respond to enquiries and requests;
  • assess business requirements;
  • provide advisory and company-formation-related consultations;
  • contact prospective clients in relation to an enquiry;
  • coordinate requested services and relevant third-party specialists;
  • manage client and prospective-client relationships;
  • create and maintain CRM and business records;
  • improve website, communication and marketing performance;
  • measure advertising and campaign effectiveness;
  • meet legal, compliance, KYC and regulatory requirements where applicable;
  • protect Bright Gate, its systems and users against fraud, misuse and security threats.
04

Advertising and Lead Forms

Bright Gate may receive information that an individual chooses to submit through advertising platforms, including Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. This may occur when an individual completes a Lead Ad, Instant Form or another advertising enquiry form.

Information submitted through these forms may be transferred to Bright Gate’s CRM or internal business systems and used to respond to the enquiry, assess the requested service and conduct reasonable follow-up relating to that request.

The advertising platform may process information under its own terms and privacy policy. The use of a platform does not indicate that Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other advertising platform endorses Bright Gate Group or its services.

05

WhatsApp and Communications

If an individual provides a phone number or contacts Bright Gate through WhatsApp, Bright Gate may use that channel to respond to the enquiry and communicate about requested advisory, company-formation, structuring or coordination services.

Communications made through WhatsApp or another third-party communication service are also processed by that service provider under its own terms, systems and privacy practices. Bright Gate does not control or exclusively store all information processed by those independent platforms.

Individuals should send only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry and should not use an unsecured communication channel to transmit highly sensitive documents unless instructed through an appropriate process.

06

CRM and Service Providers

Bright Gate may use reputable third-party technology and service providers for customer relationship management, website hosting, communications, analytics, advertising, document handling, security and general business operations.

Information may also be shared with relevant independent legal, regulatory, corporate-service, compliance or other specialist providers where reasonably necessary to assess or coordinate a requested service, satisfy due-diligence requirements or meet a legal obligation.

Information is shared only to the extent reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, service delivery, compliance or legal requirements. Bright Gate does not sell personal information.

07

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

The website may use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the website, maintain functionality, measure campaign performance, identify referral sources and improve the user experience.

The technologies used may change over time. Depending on the technology and applicable requirements, information may be processed by Bright Gate and by the relevant analytics, hosting or advertising provider under its own privacy terms.

Users may be able to manage cookies through their browser or device settings. Restricting certain technologies may affect some website functions or the accuracy of analytics and campaign measurement.

08

Data Retention

Bright Gate retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, managing a business relationship, coordinating services, maintaining appropriate business records and satisfying compliance or legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary according to the nature of the information, the status of an enquiry or engagement, contractual requirements, dispute considerations and applicable legal, regulatory, KYC or recordkeeping requirements. Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of where practicable and permitted by law.

09

Data Security

Bright Gate uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Safeguards may include access controls, account security, provider controls and operational procedures appropriate to the information and processing activity.

No method of internet transmission, electronic communication or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Individuals should therefore use appropriate care when sending information online and notify Bright Gate if they believe information connected with an enquiry or engagement may have been compromised.

10

User Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements, an individual may contact Bright Gate to request access to personal information held about them, correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, or deletion of information that is no longer required.

An individual may also request that Bright Gate stop using their contact information for direct marketing communications. This will not prevent communications that are necessary to respond to an active request, administer an existing relationship, meet legal obligations or maintain appropriate suppression records.

Certain requests may require reasonable identity verification. A request may also be limited or declined where retention or processing is required by law, regulation, compliance obligations, contractual requirements or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

11

International Data Processing

Bright Gate works with international businesses, clients and service providers. Personal information may therefore be processed, accessed or stored in a jurisdiction outside the country in which it was originally provided.

Where cross-border processing occurs, Bright Gate takes reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards and reputable providers, subject to the nature of the service, contractual arrangements and applicable data-protection requirements. Privacy laws and available rights may differ between jurisdictions.

12

Third-Party Links

Bright Gate’s websites or communications may contain links to independent third-party websites, platforms or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Bright Gate is not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of independent third parties. Users should review the applicable privacy policy before providing personal information to another website or service.

13

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in Bright Gate’s services, systems, providers, legal obligations or privacy practices.

The latest version will be published on this page and identified by the Last Updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate channel where required by applicable law.
